You choose the content
The form sends your message, any expected result you add, and the computer, build and product area you select. Email is required for questions and optional for feedback. Review the complete message before choosing Send.
No media, transcript, project, local file path, licence code or automatic diagnostic log is attached. Anything you type is sent as written; leave private material out.
Where it goes
Messages go to the RhemaCut support inbox to answer questions, investigate problems and plan improvements. Contact does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Cloudflare processes the form and anti-spam verification; the existing email provider handles delivery and the support mailbox stores the message.
The backend logs a random reference, category and acceptance or failure status, without message text or email addresses. Provider acceptance does not prove inbox receipt. Cloudflare may process connection information, including IP addresses, for hosting and abuse prevention.
Your browser
No advertising analytics or marketing cookies are added. Your manual language choice is saved locally in this browser. The initial language may use the country reported by Cloudflare, with browser language as fallback. The page receives a language choice, not your raw country or IP.
Anti-spam verification loads when you preview a message. Your draft stays in the current page until you reload or leave. Save draft downloads a text copy to your computer.
